This is an event celebrating designers in the community designing for their community. There will be a DIY t-shirt grocery bag workshop at 5pm. Artists talks at 6pm.

    Learn the basics of tapestry weaving while making a beautiful wall hanging! You will learn to warp a loom, weave with 2 colors, weave the soumak (braided) stitch and make fringe.   • Coptic Stitch Bookbinding Workshop

    In this workshop, you will create one book using the coptic stitch technique! This binding does not require a frame. This stitch is great for making a sketchbook or journal because the binding allows the book to lay open flat. In addition to learning the stitch, you also get to create your own personalized covers!
